Maggie's Place on the Cabot Trail in Birch Plain is a charming early 1900s home that offers a delightful glimpse into the history of Nova Scotia. the well-restored house provides a comfortable stay, with beautiful grounds to explore. the location is perfect for exploring the Cabot Trail, and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. the house is spacious, with multiple living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, and two bathrooms. the clean and vintage style decor adds to the overall charm of the place.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Maggie's on our trip to Cape Breton. The vintage decor and antiques gave the house a unique and charming atmosphere. The cleanliness and maintenance of the house were top-notch. Uli, the owner, was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. The location of Maggie's Place was perfect for exploring the Cabot Trail. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it.
We felt very well taken care of, and there was nothing to complain about.
